Welsh star of 28 Years Later tipped to be Hollywood's 'next big thing'

Sam Locke joins my call just a matter of weeks before 28 Years Later is released in cinemas, and he is the definition of a proud Welshman, despite being tipped for global success amid some other exciting projects he says are coming up, of which he could not reveal. Despite getting a taste of the bright lights of show business, Sam still enjoys the simple things in life - a walk in the valleys or a catch up with friends down at his local pub in Merthyr Tydfil.

Speaking of his hometown, he said: “People in Merthyr, they like to remind you where you’re from and remind you who you are and I’m incredibly grateful for that.”
